CAN THE BUS BE USED INSIDE?
Absolutely! As long as there is a 7ft. x 7ft. foot entrance and permission from your venue we can roll the bus inside. We are familiar with fire code requirements for having a gas vehicle inside and are happy to accommodate with any additional venue requests.

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request
WHEN DO YOU ARRIVE FOR AN EVENT?
For our standard bookings we arrive 90 minutes prior to the booking start time.
WHAT IS IDLE HOUR?
An idle hour is an extra hour the photo booth will be kept at the event but will not be operational. This assures that you are getting full use of your rental and not paying full price for expected down time.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE PHOTO STRIP?
Everything about the photo strip can be customized to your liking. You can chose a base template from our Photo Strip Design Library and request as many changes as you'd like. Or, if you don't see a design you'd like to use we can also create one from scratch.
DO YOU PRINT ON-SITE?
Yes, all of our packages include unlimited 2x6 photo printing on-site.
CAN WE RENT JUST THE PHOTO BOOTH?
Absolutely! The Photo Booth alone is a great way to create memories at any event.
CAN WE ADD DECOR TO THE BUS?
Yes, we encourage you to personalize Lady Luck's exterior with balloons, flower arrangements, or anything fitting for the event!
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date, the other 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to your event. Payments can be made through our secure online booking platform. For multi-day events, we require a payment in full upon booking.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Deposits are non-refundable if the event date is within 6 months.
